At the Trump Tower, Tevfik Arif and the Bayrock Group met members of the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group was able to include the Trump Organization in a New York City Soho area project because of the business connections.

Bayrock Group had already begun working with the Sapir Organization on a Soho project. However, they thought the Trump Organization could add some brand recognition and prestige.

Tevfik Arif has drafted a proposal to grant the Trump Organization 18% equity in the Soho building. In exchange, the Trump brand would be used as the name of the building.

Bayrock Group hired renowned interior designers to decorate their new building. Handel Architects created and developed the design for the building.

In terms of design and architecture, Handel Architects is recognized as a world-class company with experience across the globe.

The Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington, D.C. and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City are just two of the numerous projects that the firm has worked on.

Fendi Casa pieces were donated by Rockwell Group to Trump Soho.

The Rockwell Group, along with Handel Architects, has a solid track record. Its clients include high-end hotels, restaurants and casinos.

The contract was signed by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. Construction of Trump Soho may begin in the year 2006.

After the Soho Project, Tevfik Aif and Donald Trump have a connection.
Trump Organization and Bayrock Group will collaborate on numerous other real-estate projects after Trump Soho's launch. The other real-estate projects are mostly located in Arizona or Florida.

However, the 2008 global financial crisis hampered Bayrock Group's plans for business as well as the plans of the Trump Organization.

In light of the changing markets in the United States, Tevfik Aif decided to return to Europe and Central Asia.
